About Me

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of Pennsylvania. I also direct the Master of Urban Spatial Analytics program. This semester, I am teaching MUSA 5080: Public Policy Analytics - we are building portfolios throughout the semester so this is my little demo sampler!
